The Lake Conroe South office serves the Lake Conroe and Southern Communities.  This area has experienced incredible growth and transformation over the last quarter-century. Some of the finest residential developments in the country have sprung up around the picturesque shores and marinas surrounding the lake.   Brenda Schafer manages our Lake Conroe offices.

We are more than just a team of professional real estate agents at our office. Our agents are an integral part of the community – we are your neighbor, friend, and/or colleague. Erica Doner is a full-time Realtor® and proud native Texan with deep roots in the Greater Houston area. Born and raised in Northwest Houston, she has also lived in Minnesota, Southern California, and Pennsylvania before returning home in 2005. For the past 20 years, she has called Montgomery County home—gaining invaluable insight into its neighborhoods, schools, and lifestyle.
